> Unbranding/unlocking phones?

Hi, earlier in the year I debranded my SE700i using the Total Multiserver software and Face Off Mobiles, it's worked a dream, just come to change my sim card to a different network though and it advises to 'insert the correct sim card', does this mean that debranding does not unlock the phone for other networks? If not, do I need to pay again to get it unlocked?
