Hi, I have updated my K750i previously with no problems but come round to the second time it just isnt working.
How can I go about removing the software and drivers safely and starting from scratch?

Its ok I think its sorted - same as before, I used a different USB port to plug the cable in and it worked. Seems strange.
Also a further question:
How do you guys back your phone book up/contents of your phone on your pc?

There's a guy on here has written a great prog called My Phone Explorer. Do a search for it, it's here somewhere. Great prog and much better than SE PC Suite.

Ok i will have a look for that. I know, SE PC suite is crap - I end up using the Belkin Bluetooth adaptor to transfer things 99% of the time, much easier.
Sony Ericsson could have all the drivers you need already in the SE update service to make things simple but no.
