K750 is the same phone in wonderful black colour, maybe you should've bought that, but of course, if you didn't have the chance to choose, that's different.
Be careful with Ebay, there are a lot of garbage there they're trying to sell.

Oh yea good point. Some Ebay sellers (foreign ones of course) are selling extremely poor covers that fristly break within a day and seconf=dly don't even fit on the phone ! All of them are NOT original too.

You don't. even those which say "genuine cover" are not always the real deal.
I would advise you to look at the pictures they post of the covers, and if they look genuine - e-mail the seller and ask.
