Is it possible to reroute the sound in the P910i from the 2.5mm jack on side to the bottomconnector? Does the hardware permit that?

Reroute the sound? I have always used a headset (came with my K700i) for the bottom connector rather than the 2.5mm plug headset that came with my P910i. I find it a little hard for my fat fingers to remove the cover of the 2.5mm socket and when I do try to use that, the plug gets in the way with the jog dial. So, I'd rather use the fast port headset - don't know if there's any difference to sound though.
