Just got my k750i. But the software wont install.

At the end of the installation process i get a little window with this message -
Internal error 2738
Any ideas what this is? or how i can overcome this?

Im running Windows xp pro with service pack 2.

Try uninstalling all then reinstall the pc suite from your disc that came with your phone, then install the new pc suite over that.

Try this version, it´s a new style SE-PcSuite, it works perfect for me and my W800i & Z1010.

I tried downloading that latest version, same thing im afraid.

I have tried the removing everything, still same.

And i had a look at the other options, i diddent like float but the other one was ok, cant transfer file TO the phone tho.

ah, myphoneexplorer handles file transfers to phone memory as well as card memory via bluetooth, or card memory only via cable.

Hi I have a problem with "HID-kompatibel mus" setup. It needs this dirver "mouhid.sys" and my system doesnt have it?? I use windows XP with SP2 and I have a K750i. hope somebody kan help. thx.

I just installed PC suite 1.10.71 since my girlfriend has a W550i. It works fine and synks without problems with both my W800i and her W550i. But when I try the SEUS it says "communication error" right away. And SEUS used to work perfect with PC suite 1.7.10 wich is the latest to be found for the W800i on SE site.

Anyone else have this problem with SEUS and 1.10.71?

I tried uninstalling everything and then installing 1.7.10 plus both the usb-drivers again and everything works exept updating wich still gives me the communication error right after i click accept the terms.

It still works on my work-pc at the office though, there I can go all the way and update but already updated...

Anyone have any ideas?
