> PALM OS beaming to T68?

I tried IR-beaming with any imaginable app on my CLIE S300 OS 3.5.1(send AND receive) and it can't seem to find the T68. Altough I an perfectly connect from my Psion Revo to the T68, making SMS on revo and sending it through the T68 for example works greats.
I used a IR-monitor on my CLIE and when the T68 beams, it indicates that it accesses the IR-port but the T68 and Palm don't seem to recognize each other. Phew, just to say; has anybody any luck wth beaming backgrounds, calendars, images,...?

Well - I was able to send contacts and appointments via IrDA from my Palm V. As far as I know there is no way to send images from a Palm to a T68. As the CLIE is more advanced as the Palms, chances are good to find some freeware which does this.

In one word : use ZboxZ (downloadable in palgear) to store .gif files in your palm and to beam them in your T68.

I already thought that it had something to do with the Megalauncher III(VIP) iI bought so I already uninstalled it, but know with your solution I can have both. Also it's nice to be able to transfer ringtones, saves me a lot of typing

I just had a look at my ZboxZ file it's only 790KB downloaded!
ZboxZ is that big because it containns versions for almost every imaginable OS.
The program itself (on the palm) is quite small. Like usual for Palm OS-apps

I can use beam rigntones and picture to t68 via Palm 505, however, I cannot use any of the SMS program avaiable to send and receive SMS. Can anyone suggest something. I was able to do that will any SMS program until I used the Ericsson Mobile monitor to mess around with the phone. Now I am back to basis and do the SMS by keypad, this is very annoying. Not to mention the $ that I invested into the SMS program. Pls suggest....nc
