On pressing 'Q' it displays 'A', pressing 'W' it displays 'S' and so on.... Do you face the same problem?

You've tried the obvious, restarting the phone, booting it without the duo connected etc?

My mate changed flip settings. Everything is working fine now.

I have the same problem. What is the cure. Do I change the flip=expensive or Clean the cable=risky.
I suspect this is why the p990 has the keyboard on the the body of the phone
