hello i was wondering if anyone knew where to find free mp3 music and videos for samsung D500.

There are videos all over the place, you can check the links in my site (under the K750/W800 section) as for the MP3's the legal way would be to rip your own CD's. Or is you own originals but cant be bothered to rip them, then a Bit Torrent Site or P2P software is you other alternative.
