> Cannot access memory stick from PC

When I try to access the memory stick from my PC it freezes up. I can see the contents of the stick from SMAN just fine and apps that are on it run. I've tried uninstalling everything off it and formatting it. But it's the same. Any ideas?

sounds like an issue with your PC. update the drivers for whatever you're reading it with as a start point.
