> wtf did my w800 do?

i gave in my k750i for a w800i and afters days of having it it wiped off everything i had! all pre installed games & apps, all my pics ,vids and music!? im so pissed off.
has any1 experianced this or anything similar? or a solutions y?
i did not format my pro duo or master reset. just for thos who think that mite b the problem.

yep.bout 5 mins before i checked everything was there.perfectly fine. now its all lost. im dont care bout the pre installed suff or music it was the pics coz i had memorys1

You could try downloading some recovery software like 'Ontrack' from Limewire & scan your memory card or were your pics on the phone memory?
