The title says it all...
because i want to charge my phone for example and use it also as an alarm, but i cannot... Cant the wire work as the antenna? Or are we going to be electrecuted?

i thing that active pin of charger is only 2 (for recharg the batery) , if you have shematic of the pins meaby with some litle changes of pin on charger will use radio for alarm !
