I'm due an upgrade, and I'm impatient. I can't wait to get my hands on a new phone.

That being said I have narrowed my choices to the following:
N70
W900i
N80

As you can see two of the three aren't out yet. But these are the phones that fulfil my requirements.

I prefer to have a phone with Symbian, a decent camera, 3G and good looks.

I know the W900i isn't running Symbian but I fancy that because I have a PSP and I'm going to upgrade my memory stick PRO Duo from 512MB to 2GB soon and it would be ideal to use the spare 512MB in a phone, rather than buy another type of memory.

I also like the fact that the W900i shoots to MP4 and at 30fps.

Right now if all three were available I'd go for the N80 in black. But I'm not sure what to do.

Any helpful advice.....cheers.

Anyone know any approximate release dates?

i think n70 would fit your needs. but if u have a bit more time, wait so long all three models will be released and make then a decision, mainly to avoid "sleepless nights", omg, why didnt i wait etc

I have had P910i and I just didn't make the most of it. I enjoyed the novelty of a touch screen but ultimately it was more phone than I need. P990i dissappointed me because it's no smaller than the P910i, although WiFi intrigues me.

I guess there are no other SE Symbian phones?

Any ideas when the N80 will make it to CPW?

Many thanks for the replies

@Hos!! Wait for at least the W900i to be available and check it out ... actually its out now.

Dont touch the N70 because it looks like Nokia is beginning to abandan the DV RS-MMC format in place of SD Mini/Micro formats for obvious reason.

If you can keep saving up for April/May(mid May) next year then wait for the N80; WiFi web surfing will save you money from UMTS surfing charges, and also larger memory expansion at current & launch than the N70s DV-RSMMC memory format.

Besides you'll be able to afford a proper case and top memory card available for either at that time.

Lastly you'll have the coolest toy on the block!

If you want Symbian and if you like taking video clips then N80 (or even the current N70) is the best option for you. Cos N70/N90 video clips are the best at the moment for camera phones, and I am assuming that Nokia will make video recording quality of N80 to be same if not better. Current specs of the N80 lists the vide resolution as 176x144 which is lower than the N70, but on the other hand you get a 3MP auto focus still camera!.

Despite the price difference, N90 or N80, has all the features and more compared to your other alternatives.
