> Max video file size on P910?
Bookmark topic
Just wondering if there's an upper limit to the size of a video file I can make on my P910? Recording to a 32MB memory stick, I could create a roughly 45 min file, but with a 64MB stick, the size I'm allowed is only increased to 56 min. I was rather hoping that the filesize would only be limited by the available storage. What's the story? TIA.

File size IS in fact, limited only by available memory on the mem stick. I have loaded full length movies on a 128 MB duo myself and itworked and looked fine.

mrao,
Thanks for that, but is that still the case for *creating* (recording) video on the phone?

This is kind of off topic here.
But i notice that when I record video to my MSDUO ( I have 1 GB ), the quality of the video is worse ( Jerky, not smooth) than I record it to my phone.
Same thing happend to taking regular picture. I found it slower to save the picture to the stick when i clicked on the shutter than saving to the phone. I'm comparing 3 seconds to 1 second difference.
Anybody expirenced that?

i bleieve 32 gigs is the max pro duo size the 910 can read due to ists memory system protocal. Which means, .....you really have nothing to worry about , ...the 2 gigs are out and the 4 gigs will be out soon so pro duo on playa.
