i have been asked to fix a weird problem. at sync k750i with pc outlook after initialising contacts, tasks etc usually error pops up. could sy pls write me here step by step how to sync? on the laptop there are many apps aswell. only 1 usb port is in it, but the guy has a kind of adapter, with 4 other usb ports for the laptop. tia

Boba, thats called a USB hub. Which version of outlook is it? I have also come across errors when syncing with outlook 2003. But it works fine with outlook 2002. What is the exact error message? That may be helpful in understanding the issue. This message was posted from a K750

@mrao huh, the problem is, that i ll meet him next week again, its in the office. so i should know the outlook version. ok i call him tomorrow. what other details would be needed? he has got nokia 9500 aswell. could the nokia sw cd - which is uploaded too on the pc - badly cause the sync?
