> Euro2 T630 firmware with Chinese

Does anyone know if it's possible to flash a Euro2 version of T630 (English, German, French) to a version of firmware that has Simplified Chinese?
I transited through Singapore and the local S/E service centre said that they don't have a suitable firmware version for the Euro2 T630 model and would not do it. Does anyone have any more info on this?
