What a laugh...... W600a and Z520a
What we need is the american version of the P990, K750 , W800 and W900.
The largest network ( Cingular ) in the U.S. runs mainly on an 850 band.
You mean SE is not able to produce quad band phones which will cover all markets ???
I moved from Nokia to SE many years ago. I can't believe I am saying this.... However my loyalty to SE is quickly erroding. Honestly, SE has ignored the serious U.S. consumer. Leaving us to wait till the next 850 band or quad band phone.

You give us the W600a and Z520a ? Is that your best ???
For instance..... If you make a Z520a a quad band.... Why can't you do the same for the higher end phones ??? ---> P990, K750, W800 and W900
Hmmm..... The new Razr with 2.0 MP cam is looking appealing right now. Perhaps

doesn't really care about us...... I'm considering making the move after being a

die hard and having

ignore the U.S. market.
To:

FYI........ In the last two years, I have purchased 8

phones...
YOU MEAN YOU DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS ???????????????

I had to double-take on the username of who posted that as I was sure I was readnig something from vanquish
seriously though, I think you do have a valid point and I just can't figure

sometimes. they do make phones mostly available for Asia and Europe and do seem to make a token gesture for the US but yet, the developer forum seems US based and if I buy a phone from them it is shipped from US and I have to pay EU taxes
very strange

I agree. Its about time SE invaded the US. Although I have a suspicion it is concentrating on the burgeoning Chinese market, which is booming at the moment. It can't afford not to be established there from the outset.

Seems that SE cant be bothered to much about USA. I bet the mobile manufacturers wished that USA providers would bring their networks in line with the rest of the world and use frequencies the rest of the world use instead of using 850mhz. It wouldnt really disrupt many phone users as the handsets sold in the usa are normally at least dual band with the other band being one the rest of the world use.

actually, how is se judged in the states? here in austria, se is not a big deal, everybody wnats nokia, lg, samsung, moto etc, i have to admit, se is more then rare here. the opera´tor "3" released only now - after 2 years of presence - k608i. z1010 wasnt launched here, not sure yet, if w9 and p990 will be released by a 100% 3g operator ( ! ).
( the off topic for just for an example )

My Dilemma is similar. I want to switch to Cingular, but the only thing keeping from not doing it is the fact that there's no variety with SE phones. I'd miss my K700i too much!
P.S: Does anyone know the release date on the W600i, I really would like to get it, that way the switch'll be easy.

@Bobafett

is not as popular here as it should be, due to

letting Nokia and Motorola whip it's tail. I have always loved

's interface, functions and features.
I'm done..... That's it.... It's sad...... Because I have been a

diehard. Convincing everyone I know to go with

.

either does not care about the U.S. consumer or is in a fog.
Why have centers here in the U.S. ? when you cater to Asia and Europe and ignore us. Nothing against Asia or Europe.... It's just that

gets it's behind whipped by brick makers like NOKIA.

BUILD MORE QUAD BAND PHONES !!!

's marketing department needs a serious restructure...
