Are you using original drivers for bt or xp's? This message was posted from a T610

If you are using the XP sp2 bluetooth software then you need to right click the bluetooth logo in the bootom right taskbar and select receive file first.

I'm also getting the same problem but I think I'll pop in the CD with the drivers.

I installed the software then plugged in the dongle. PC to phone is fine but when i try to send from Phone to PC it says on the phone, 'No response from PC' then, 'Transfer Failed'. I have also paired them ok.

I meant to say that the software is from the CD that came with the dongle and I've also tried turning my Anti-virus off.

Yes, I turned off the firewalls, both windows and Norton and it made no difference. The software was from the CD that came with the dongle. Thanks guys for all your help so far
