we found a wierd bug in our w550, and as our service center told us, they contaccted SE who has admitted that its their fault cuz they havent thought about it and gonna fix it on the next update..
1- if you have NAME 1 & NAME 2
2- cut the number from NAME 2 and paste it in NAME 1
3- change the position of the numbers in NAME 1 by cut and paste
4- press save
5- phone will restart, and there will be no changes done.
but if u done things separately, first cut and paste from a name to another, and save it. then u change the position of the numbers and save it, this will work fine, but not all as one Process.

i think what i did was a mormal thing
dont u guys edit ur phone book??
