Is there anybody out there who can help me download music from my apple to the w800? I'm clueless on this one

Three options:

1) http://ipsp.kaisakura.com/dreamsicle.html

2) Send the files from your Mac using Bluetooth File Exchange (part of the OS)

3) Copy the files using the supplied USB cable.

Also, check out K750iGrabber to stop your Mac crashing when unplugging the USB cable.

Finally look at Apple Macintosh and Sony Ericsson issues thread, as this is where all the Mac people post!
