> P800 Screen touch not working

I dropped my phone once again and this time there was a ramification. The phone seems to work fine and the roller button works. But the screen touch does not work. I can not use the keypad or the stylus on anything. Would a reset work? Did I jar something lose? Should I risk opening it to see?
