> K750i does not communicate with PC

My PC does not seem to recognize the K750i when the USB cable is connected. The mass storage device can be recognized, however, there's no connection between the PC and phone. I can't seem to operate the PC Suite. I tried following the instructions from the readme file of the CD but still no connection between the 2 devices.
How do I make the 2 devices connect?
