why the stupid sent file cannot work with it???

The software supplied with it uses FTP, while the T68 doesn't support it.
use a push OBEX software such as FloAt's mobile agent.
as for the ericsson software, go to control panel/ phone monitor options/ then the Com ports tab/ and enable the come port that the phone uses to connect to as a serial connection ( or you can eneavle all)
then it should work,
By the way some times the software takes some time to detect the phone

you should see how set up your phone, pc and the MSI bt key there.

yes i had made it working !!!
just to help other ppl with the same problem i write down the steps !
1 install every driver
2 on your bluetooth in your phone and pair the phone with the computer by entering the same passkey
3 go to explore the bluetooth places and click on t68i or what you name your phone
4 connect the bluetooth serial port 1 (or 2)
5 use the sent file program
6 Its done !!!!!!
