We have covered this topic before with the
X-Ray Cameraphone Sees Through Clothes thread But now a company called
Kaya has introduced a camera lens that really can see through clothing.Should'nt be too long now before we get a cameraphone version.

hmm, I doubt such a camera will make it into the mas market - government legislation will kill it due to privacy concerns.

Wont stop people from useing it though....As long as the technology is there people will use it regardless of the legislation or ethics.

The privacy implications on this are phenomonal. I can seriouosly nnever see it beingn allowed to get into consumer hands.
One example -> with all the legislation against paedophiles right now, what's to stop one of them going up to a fully clothed child and taking a phot with this?
Needs to be fully thought throught first, I feel.
