Bookmark topic
My Disc2 phone software just doesn't work. I double click on the icon and nothing happens! I've tried downloading it from the website. turning off my firewall and antivirus. Updating Microsoft software. Nothing! Searched forum but can't find an answer. Please help.

Mine now works for some reason. I think the best thing to do is make sure you have all the latest Microsoft updates possible for your PC. I thought I already did but maybe I had missed something.
