i charged my 1 week old w800i yesterday nite at 11 pm and left it on charge till 1 am.. at 2.30 am i saw the battery status and it was 96% , even though i never ever used it...

its now been 15 hours since i charged my cell and its showing 85% (i have just used it once for a 2 mins long call)..

isnt it a bit week..

But u did use it by being connected at the network. It's pretty normal cuz u only had it for a week. It takes at least 12 charges for the battery to work at maximum capacity.

And the battery meter doesn't usually reflect accurately the remaining charge of the battery.

yeh guesss i think the battery will take a bit of a time to show its true colors... still even though i doubt the hoopla surrounding the battery life, i think its better than any nokia cell..

doesn't sound too bad to me at all. at that rate your phone is going to last over 4 days off one charge which i recon is pretty good! and as the other guys said your phone will take a few charges before it is working it's best.

i for one am very impressed with the battery life on my w800i!
