> WTH? w800i suddenly goes blank?

ive only had my w800i for a week, my friend tried sending my a file via BT, and the phone suddenyl went into a white screen.. its like it restarted itself..
but also shut down.. perhaps crashed? but it comes back on after a while. but has uber lagg it, then its back to normal.
anyone have this problem? do you think its a firmware prob? if so how do you get around it? ty

did it happened only on time? did u recognize any other bugs since it happened? might be, it was just a temporary bug and disappeared, but go to an se service and let it flash with the latest fw and let it check aswell.

Your phone is well within the warranty so take it back for a SW upgrade or replacement.

its a R1L002 firmware bug. Dont worry yourself too much about it. Happens to my phone, happens to my freinds K750, not a big problem.

This has happened many times on my K750i; especially so when bluetooth is involved..
I don't mind it as long as it comes up fine. It's after all a small device with so many features crammed in. I guess such things do happen..
