Im using Cpanel... and i ususally get about 5 GB webspace... i found this interesting... anyone know why its like that? im not complaining lol.

not sure bit of a diff layout to couple of cpanels i have seen in the past. Mine havn't said the available amount of bandwidth etc available, only what has been used. Did you renew and get a special offer for paying for a years subscription? Maybe your host just feels generous and has upgraded everyones account? Or they have just made and error and it will soon be back to normal.
What host are you using?

seem like a well priced host. Might have to swap to them soon

need more bandwidth and can get 95gb with them for same price i am paying at moment for 25gb

it's either an error (hosts do that. I was supposed to get 150gb bandwidth and when I hit 100gb they put me offline by mistake) OR it's showing you their servers space and the host manually itself is monitoring the space.

it used to tell me 5000MB (nearly 5 GB) but just recently changed to this...
they are a very good host might i add...

Check other items on CPanel (like Disk Usage Viewer) to double check your free space.
