does anybody know how to connect P910i via bluetooth in sony tx650 ? i tried several ways but end up with no solution. Please help me out guys. would be appreciated.

what ways have you tried? it's a laptop connection to a p9xx. there's a thousand threads over the last year on how to do it, and problems trying it. you either need to search, or be a little bit more specific.
Think of it this way, go onto a car forum and ask the question "my car won't work. why?"

my problem is kinda weird though. i can send and receive files from my laptop's bluetooth but i can't connect to the pc suit. oh ya, it is sony build-in bluetooth. it is using toshiba software.

I think you have to use the dongle to connect to the p.c suit. Blutooth doesn't connect your phone 100% to the computer, It just alows bluetooth objects to be beamed ect.
The dongle overides a lot of the phones internal functions, and makes the p.c control the phone, rather than just be connected to it.
