Guys, messaging sometimes is too irritating with flip closed... the characters show up so late and sometimes, some words that i type in don't appear at all... has anyone else had this problem...?

sometimes i get it too. word that i typed using T9 appears with a little delay, but then again i noticed that when i keep typing, it "catches up"...

I use a P900, and I am experiencing this problem, mostly when I have 1000+ messages in the sms-inbox. If I delete them (or some of them), the speed gets better.

Probably you have too many apps that are draining system performance? Do you have Sman? I noticed messaging really lags with flip closed when I have powermp3 open.

If you have Sman running make sure that "messages" is included in your snapshot so that it's NOT closed when flushed
