> What would people like in a phone

Hi people, I need advice, and think this is the best forum to get that advice. I recently started work with 02 customer services, well i am still in there training lol. However i have been given a task. I need to find out from mobile phone users what they would like to have in a phone within 5 years time. Upto date we have the likes of picture messaging, mp3 playing capability, as well as video recording, radio, and 3g video to video calling. So what in 5 years time would you want in a phone or expect to have in a phone?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

bluetooth multiplayer games; that sounds like old news
been done in the
T610 with minigolf and another game,
also more recently BlueTooth Biplanes has been around as well!

well bluetooth has been many times
but as far as true online mobile mmorpg's are concerned i heard of one a while ago but not sure about that really
