I've had a W800i for less than three months, but already cable on the the supplied earbud headphones are starting to fray with only average use. ### See attached photo ### The daft rubbery neckband and overly-brittle insulation on the eadbud cable are to blame. The neckband is annoying anyway as it makes it tricky to stow and wear.

Does anyone else have this problem? I saw a W800 ion the train this morning and their SE phones didn't have the neckband...has SE changed the design due to this flaw?

Just get a thing that converts it from the SE port to a 3.5mm jack from E-Bay, then you can use any normal headphones. Thats what I do for my K750i

yeah thats the beauty of the new headphones from SE.... the can be used with almost any headphones. The best i have found is an alterntaive to bluetooth;

wireless headphones for the home. and they sounds great....

bit bulky but they work well...

The quality of the photo was useless. I was just commenting on how bad the photo came out and you could have made it so much clearer using the K750i/W800is Cam. Thats all.

The photo wasn't taken using a camera phone, but rather a 4Megapixel digital camera. At those closeup range, it cannot use a flash.
