Help please!
the green LED light in my P800 always stays ON and i cannot connect to my PC using the usb cradle!
please someone help me!

had this on a P900 too
they replaced the complete device under warranty since they could not fix it, something was broken in the connector
others fixed it by taking out the battery for a while

do you think the problem is in the connector
because in normal P800 when you charge it
the green LED light stays on,
but the green LED in my P800 stays on
even though it is not charging!
