Sometimes when I press the top left button to get the screen showing, the menu and calls icons disappear from the wallpaper therefore i cant access them, then about 12 seconds later the phone reboots flashes white then comes on again. Is this a fault with the firmware ( i have R1LOO2) or something else?

How can we reflash the firmware? Is there a download somewhere? Not the online one provided by SE (for it always says there's no update for my phone, and something thats free?

Yeah i think it might be a firmware issue, it isn't operator branded and it is sim unlocked with no logos etc.

I had that problem with that firmware every now and then the first time it did it it erased every thing off my mem card so i would say it is a firmware problem
