Anyway i have a feeling that Intel won't accept this challenge in the first place!

Pretty old news. Well,intel is in not competitive right now,at least in performance wise. But intel has 65nm in good shape (no more leakage like 90nm) and the next gen products will not sport netburst, intel should be in much better position when code named conroe arrive in h2 06. We'll get a fair idea of their performance by the launch of new p M core called yonah arrives in jan 06. Amd right now cannot make full advantage of thier lead either.so things will be much interesting by late 06. This message was posted from a T610

Old news yes...but the duel is still underway.... 33 days left for intel to accept the challenge...
