> Z520i - How to take off the front cover?

I have just received my Sandy Grey Z520i, I cannot get the front cover off.
The top half comes away but even applying quite a lot of pressure the bottom isnt moving.
Is there a technique to it?

as I said there, just have the confidence to pull hard but with a constant force and it will come off
