1. Can I change my startup gif animation and shut down gif animation and both sounds? I bought my cell in T-Mobile and they have put their gifs and sounds..
So can I change them somehow and the following sounds..
2. Is there some program in wich I can delete those files that I don't need cuz they are protected and I have a program that I got on a CD with that phone..
I had motorola E550 beafore this one and I have completely changed the look of it,even deleted service name and memory extended but on Sony Ericsson I don't know how..
So please if someone knows... Thanx.
P.S. great group and tips/tricks there..

You can change your startup gif animation : Settings -> Display -> Startup screen, but not so sure about how to change the shutdown anim.
If you want to customize your phone GUI you can use the SonyEricsson
Themes Creator.

Yea I saw that... but I can't find shut down animation and sounds...
There must be some program to enable that.. And to unprotect protected files...
