I cant get my mp4 clips work in my W550i, Only the sounds is avaible and the screen is black.
Do anyone have any clue why?

Ans also now I cant convert to 3gp with ImToo, the first 2 times it work great but not anymore.

Make sure you are using the correct resolution.

Either 176 x 144 or 176 x 128.
