imTOO im guessing is pretty crap tbh. Have you tried googling for mpegable x4live or nero recode 2, they are better converters and they're definately out there

Recommend settings about "Bit rate, Frame rate" for Sony Ericsson K750i

Bit rate: 104kbps

Format: mpeg4

Size: 176x144

Frame rate: 25.00fps

Format: mpeg4aac

Sample rate: 22050Hz

have a look at spawns guides:

http://spawnweb.dk/guides/

There are different guides optimised for space or for quality and different applications and phones. And perfect guides for Nero Recode.

Like this one:

http://spawnweb.dk/recode/k750.htm

If you are having trouble importing certain files to Nero or other encoding applications it is because of the directshowfilters you use to play back those files. AVI for instance is simply a container that can contain many different codecs, and you need the proper filters for all those kinds of codecs installed correctly in order to import them correctly for reencoding.
