Alright all, it's virtually unbranded, I'm using ALL the three network services, you'll be able to set it up for any network of course.
It does have the vodafone casing, but you can easily change it, the top left has a few light scratches (which aren't visible unless under a certain light, I just thought I'd be thorough)
The plastic is still on it.
Comes boxed with all the bits and nothing has been used except the charger.
Offers over 150 please.
I'll also throw in a sim of the network of choice.
note: these are NOT unlockable, so get an unlocked one now before I put it on ebay. (unless you pay a premium price for your network to do it)

edit: just to be in detail though, it comes with the strap, cloth, charger, adapter, cd, manuals, headset, everything, nothing is missing

Just small question; does the "metal looking" border around the keypad and screen have any scratches/scruffs on it?
I hope you know what i mean..(the part with NOKIA and VODAFONE) on it?

hi, yes thats what I tried to say in the first post.
It doesn't have any scratches at all around the hone, however on the top left of it, underneath some light you can see some light surface scratches (that was caused by the strap that came with the phone), everywhere else is spotless and it still has the plastic.
