I wanna get a standalone GPS unit that will work with software like TomTom or R66 etc. I want to spend as little as possible.
Do I need to be careful which one I buy or do they all work? I hear you can get ones with lanyards so you can hang them around your neck for hillwalking etc?
Do they really work inside a glovebox as some adverts say?
Any recommendations or ones to avoid?
