Well i've been playing around with the w900i video and browser.

You can put mp4 videos on the w900i at 320x240 resolution up to about 400kbps bitrate. Over 500 or so starts to get choppy, then fails playback entirely. At ~400 I must say videos look very good and full screen.

The browser is loading both wap and HTML sites, but with most html pages it just says page too large, incompletely shown and most of the pictures are missing.... so not very impressed with the browser personally.

One halfway decent thing is you can select "text only" which loads any html page nicely but not a picture to be found :[

sorry to sound obvious, but ''text only'' is supposed to not load pictures its to save browsing costs / loading times / etc. on un-needed pictures! so its obvious there would be no pictures found on a ''text only'' setting lmao

and i'm not sure why that needs to be pointed out... you think that I expected to see pictures in text only mode?

I dont see a special netfront browser like i imagined. all there is is the "internet services" browser like always, it doesnt even say anything about being html or netfront or anything at all.

I think the Vodafone customisation has overwritten access to the Netfront browser and also the RSS Reader which is a real shame unless I'm missing someting really obvious.

If I wanted to install the Opera Mini browser how would I go about do that?

Yours a newbie W900i on Vodafone user
