hi.. there is a problem with my joystick.. it is not located at the center of the circle thingy.. it is slightly tilted up, so it is hard for me to scroll up.. i need to press harder to be able to scroll up.. can i fix this by opening my casing? is it the way to fix it? and is it safe or can it damage my phone? thanks..

i have got a similar problem. I have a K750 and it is tilted little to the left from the center...But there'z no problem. Its kind of easier to toggle left than it shud be...Help needed here too! wat shud we do? I have a warranty card...shud i go to the service center and fix it?

My W800i came through the other day and had the same problem. It was pressing down (OK) when i was trying to go up. I sent it straight back as it was faulty. Looks like its quite a common problem.

It's not central at all times. Some of u need time to adjust on pressing and moving the joystick.I find it pretty normal, had same issues with the T610 years back.
