> Samsung D500 very bad signal?

I have a samsung d500 and i have had it about 3 months now. I hading been using the phone as normal upto last week, when i decided i wanted to change the cover. So i bought a new cover and took it to CW and they said they could put the new cover onto it. When i went in to get my d500 back, they said they could not put the cover on. So i brought it home, and put in my sim card again, and i get no signal now. What has CW done to my phone?

tried to fit it but couldnt so put it back together and are denying it most likely. they may have taken the cover off but when putting it back on damaged the antenna. i would suggest taking it back there and telling them what has happened. im sure you could of got someone here on esato to fit it for you anyway.

Go to cpw fuming angry and demanding refund, if they don't ask to see manager, and try to ask for a comments card (if possible)...

I did offer to sell him home made fitting instructions, but he turned me down on that, also offered a fitting service from someone who knew what he was doing unlike the cpw, but I guess what you pay for
