Today I contacted a SE service-point and they told me that when i wanted the i-upgrade in miy T68 it isn't a triple band.
They told me that only the t68i is triple and the "ordinary" t68 is dual.

I can't believ this is true

Anyone noticed this?

Thanks

Ok but I can imagine that there are different versions.
for example the c-versions for china etc.
They might have done the same for the US-market

depends on what difference you mean... the hardware is the same... but the T68ie (which has support for chinese characters) have a software that includes chinese characters...

Hi,

T68m and R520m are 3 BANDS, they were working for me this summer.
in the states (las vegas) on the 1900 band.
And here in france we use 900 an 1800.

It's also the case for the t39 and the t68i

T68m and T68i are tri-band. They can be used without any problems on the GSM 900/1800 and 1900 band. Whoever says that these handsets are not tri-band are talking CRAP. Other regional markets' models such as T68ie and T68e are triband as well.

I am a 500% sure they are triband
