My attempts to install movies on my devise ends with notices of "not supported" or "not valid WIN32 application". My OS WinXP/HE, with SP2. Software will extract & encode, but stopped with these notices.Software is Mobile Media Maker - Makayama product. Please advise soonest with corrective suggestions. Thanks much.

What are you trying to convert from, DVD or a file on your hard drive?
I use the same software for files on my hard drive, works ok for me.
