hehe! Yeah, I use my 10x modified binocs (cut in half so it's only one - sort of a monocular) so that's what I'm used to

I'm actually looking at making a harness for it that will strap it to the phone. (too heavy for magnets)

But I'm not dissin' this product, it is indeed an excellent implementation...

very good question...not entirely sure but i can only guess that their may be a sticky back metal ring which may attach around the cameraphone lens to which then the lens magneticaly attaches.

Edit: Actually my guess was right....here is a picture of that metal ring attachment.

Cool product! I'd buy this if this is already available locally. I think they should make a variable zoom - like 0.5 to 4x - that would be better than carrying around different lenses.
