Looks good, reasonably professionally written. I'd go with it.

In my opinion i think the terms are quite reasonable and pretty much cover everything so you should be quite safe.

seems pretty good to me mate and covers most the little get-outs that idiots try to use. just one little thing in your first line you state that you don't accept bids unless a user has 3 feedbacks or more. Well you don't specify if they have to be positive or not. i.e. technically a user with 3 negative feedbacks could still bid. Also you need to strike a balance between stoping yourself being scamed and not coming across as though your trying to create get-out clauses for yourself - if that makes sense. Maybe a line along the lines of "Unfortunately due to timewasters and the minority of eBay users who are untrustowrthy i must insist on the following terms & conditions" just keeps it sounding a bit more friendly!

hi,
i hope i dont sound like a halfwit now but im gonna be selling alot of things on ebay soon and was wondering how you put your 'template' into the sale? this sounds a rediculaous question but as i will be listing roughly 100+ items this saturday (5p listing day and all) i want to make life easy for myself.

Any ideas would be great... i hope lukebonathan doesnt mind me asking this in his thread but i didnt think it worthwhile of starting a new thred for this question. cheers all

And by the way, i think your one lukeonathan is great! nice one
