hey there! i've just updated my firmware (w800i) to R1NA005 but now i can't use my camera though all the other features are okay and somewhat improved... is this a
firmware issue or just my phone?
please help....

You need to go through the update process again. Quite a lot of people have this problem where the camera part of the firmware doesn't get put on the phone properly.
It may take a few attempts.

This Happened to me too, I just kept retrying the update procedure. It failed around ten times so I sent it off to an SE
repair centre. It came back with the same symptoms so i ran SEUS and now it works perfectly. I found this surprising. It was a with SE for 3 weeks though
