Ok Folks...Here goes.

I was changing the face on my p910i and when i put it back together, everytime i pressed the power button, only the red light would flash. I knew that there was a problem then. I took the phone back apart to see if i could find a problem and i did. There was a tear in the jogger dial that i knew was causing the problem. I replaced the jogger dial and it still doesnt work...I have a couple of questions maybe somebody can answer.

1. What exactly does it mean when only the red light flashes. Does it mean there is a missing connection, or other. It flashes, so apparently it has power. Does anybody know?

2.On the back upper left hand corner, there is a rubber stopper. Underthere is a gold tube like thing. I have no idea what it is, but it broke. Could that be what is causing the light to flash red? Does anybody know?

3.Any suggestions on what I should do in this event besides throw the f****n phone at the wall and cry?

4. If 1-3 doesnt work, then WHO WILL BUY THE PHONE BROKEN? I DONT EVEN CARE HOW MUCH. Please help

Surely, damaged phones too DO get buyers. But depending on where you stay, get it to a NON amatuer (unlike you). There are Esatonians too who do Pxxx repairs. Your phone already is crying for the two of you. Sorry not much of help this~ but the damaged, missing parts you mention seem Non Serious type & wouldn't cost much. I have seen mine lying thread bare at the service point and THAT was pretty fxxxed up AND STILL GOT SOLVED. Yours seems like some damaged gasket or such cushion/ pad which ought to be cheaper. hi! maybe you can bring your fone to a service center. such a waste if your going to sell it if it still can be fix. i know its very stressful specially if your life revolves around your fone

Damaged phones do get buyers - stick in on Ebay and see! If the screen's intact, that's worth £50 straight off. As the red light at least comes on, there's life in the phone, someone may well be able to do something with it.

we can't give you orders but we hope you'll take our advice
as for my own opinion, better have it fix in a service center
before matter gets worst especially if you don't know what
your doing...

I think he/she needs help/advice on repairing it not selling it...if he/she wanted to sell, Im sure he/she will inform us.

So I guess its better to give help/advice first
