Has anybody fixed this problem by updating the firmware?
I tried 2 firmware updates but my phone still crashes several times daily. Its really boring me now. I searched the forums but nobody gave a completely solution for this problem.

I have an originally e-plus phone from germany, was R1N035 on it.
first updated to R1NA005 and than again to R1NA005 W800i firmware. Still crashes...crashes..

Should I give it back to supplier.
